Shipping

All prints are professional produced and shipped through Bay Photo Labs.

Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days, depending on the product type and size. Shipping times may vary during holidays or high volume periods.

Prints only shipping is $5.35 regardless of the number of prints.

Damaged or Defective Orders

I want every customer to love their prints. If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact me as soon as possible (within 30 days of the shipping date) and I will help get it resolved.

To request a replacement, please email me with:

 Order NumberBrief description of the issueClear photos of the product and defectPhotos of the packaging (box + any visible damage)

Replacement for damage/defects require photos so the print lab can approve the reprint.

Because each print is made-to-order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mindIncorrect size selectionPersonal PreferenceMinor color differences between screens and printed products
